Terms and Conditions:
- Standard installation comes with a 10ft pole, two trunk pipes, one indoor router and an outdoor radio.
- Installation requiring extra pole, trunks and extension beyond one point of termination will be charged separately based on Job assessment.
- Equipment is offered on FREE LEASE and remains Zeta-Web’s property.
- Please note that installation fee after set-up has been established is not refundable.
- Z-force is Prepaid; and service will be suspended automatically if payment is not received prior to due date.
- On expiration of subscription, if payment for renewal is not received in 30days, Zeta-Web will retrieve equipment.
- The CPE is covered against manufacturer’s defects. Any other damage especially those due to power surge or user negligence will attract hardware replacement and re-installation fees.
- This contract is for one year.
- Internet service will be tested on a PC directly connected to a WiFi connection. Z-Force speeds we guarantee are from the direct connection.
